Flat Roof Leak & Moisture Detection Surveys

Getting your low slope or flat roof inspected for leaks can lengthen its service life at a reasonable cost. If the roof is still under Warranty; this is a good time to get it inspected. If your roof is new, you should have it inspected shortly after installation; after about six months of service. Since problems that are caught early, whether under warranty or not, can be minor and easily repaired, a thermal infrared roof moisture inspection is the smart way to manage your roof asset.

More than 50% of flat roofs leak within the first year alone. Depending on the construction type of your roof; you will not even notice water leaking from the roof. You will notice when the water corrodes or rots the roof and at that point you will have some major problems.
